Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce LWC Developer to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance solutions within our IT Services sector. This pivotal role focuses on leveraging advanced development frameworks to enhance the Sales Cloud ecosystem, ensuring robust security protocols and seamless user experiences. The successful candidate will drive technical excellence by optimizing application performance and adhering to Agile methodologies, serving as a key contributor to the delivery of complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and develop custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) utilizing expert-level Java Script and Apex to extend Salesforce functionality.

- Design and implement efficient Apex Triggers, Batch Classes, and asynchronous processes to handle large-scale data operations.

- Manage the entire development lifecycle using Salesforce DX, VS Code, and version control systems like Git, including integration with Auto Rabbit for streamlined workflows.

- Execute comprehensive performance tuning and optimization strategies to ensure system reliability and speed.





- Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and deliver high-quality code.

- Enforce and maintain strict Salesforce security standards across all custom applications and integrations.

Qualifications and Skills

- Experience: 6 to 10 years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on the Salesforce platform.

- Technical Proficiency: Expert command of Apex, Java Script, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Core Competencies: Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, including configuration and customization.

- Development Tools: Proven ability to work with Salesforce DX, VS Code, and Git for version management.

- Methodology: Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and experience in performance optimization.

- Specialized Skills: Demonstrated expertise in creating Apex Triggers, Batch Classes, and implementing robust security measures.
