Responsibilities

Oaktree Capital Management is seeking an experienced SQL Server DBA/Microsoft Fabric Administrator to join our Data Platform team. This dual-role position is responsible for the health, performance, and governance of our Microsoft SQL Server estate alongside the design, deployment, and ongoing administration of our Microsoft Fabric data platform — including Copilot enablement, workspace governance, capacity management, and integration with Power BI, Azure Data Factory, and Synapse Analytics.
The ideal candidate brings deep SQL Server expertise, hands-on Fabric administration experience, and the ability to partner with data engineering, analytics, and compliance teams to deliver secure, high-performance data services at enterprise scale.
