Accountabilities:





• Execute and optimize Deal Desk workflows, including structuring, reviewing, and approving non-standard deals in collaboration with Sales and Finance.

• Maintain CRM data quality, oversee field governance, and conduct regular audits to ensure accurate and reliable commercial data.

• Support revenue planning, reporting, and analysis related to territories, quotas, key performance indicators, and commercial performance across regions, segments, and verticals.

• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports to monitor productivity, pipeline health, and overall commercial effectiveness.

• Analyze sales performance metrics, including win/loss trends, funnel conversion, and pipeline development, to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Develop and implement AI agents, skills, and workflows to improve the efficiency of data analysis, reporting, and process development within Revenue Operations.
