Position Overview
The EMR Operations Sr Process Expert is responsible for managing day-to-day Equipment Maintenance & Repair (EMR) operations, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with established processes and standards. The role involves leading a team, managing stakeholder relationships, driving process improvements,



and delivering performance against defined KPIs and SLAs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
• Manage daily EMR operations and ensure delivery of agreed operational KPIs and SLAs.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality to achieve operational targets.
• Handle and resolve vendor and Local EMR queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of operational activities related to container maintenance and repair processes.
• Support business continuity through effective workload management and resource planning.

Stakeholder Management
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, depots, and LOC stakeholders.
• Ensure high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
