Department: HR Operations (Switzerland Region)
Duration: 3 Months (October – December)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable temporary HR Operations Assistant to support our Switzerland regional team for a 3-month period.



The primary focus of this role is to manage and ensure the accurate transfer of employee absenteeism and leave data between our primary HR platform and our legacy system.
Key Responsibilities:

• Data Extraction & Entry: Regularly extract employee absenteeism and leave data from Workday.

• System Updating: Accurately input and maintain this data within our legacy HR system (Rexx).

• Quality Assurance: Cross-check entries between both systems to ensure 100% data integrity and resolve any discrepancies.

• Confidentiality: Handle all employee data with the highest level of discretion and compliance with regional data protection standards.

• General Support: Provide basic administrative support to the Switzerland HR Ops team as needed to clear pending transaction backlogs.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or HR operations.

• High level of accuracy
