This position is part of the IT department located in Bangalore, India. You will be a part of the Enterprise IT team and report to the Sr. ERP Manager responsible for the overall administration, maintenance,



and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and its integrated components. In this role, you will help ensure the reliability, stability, availability, performance, and security of the D365 application. In addition, the role will support SOX and GMP (FDA) compliance to maintain the system in a controlled and validated state.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
• Own D365 user onboarding and offboarding processes
• Independently diagnose and resolve complex application, integration, security, and environment-related issues.
• Lead D365 environment administration activities, including Lifecycle Services management, update planning, database refreshes, and integration maintenance.
• Manage workplace update timelines and ensure prerequisite tasks are completed on time so updates are not delayed.
• Optimize license allocation to reduce annual cost and size roles optimally based on user n
