About the Role:

We are looking for a Validation Engineer to perform system-level and end-to-end testing of automotive software and connected vehicle features. The role involves test strategy development, test automation, HIL/SIL validation, CAN communication testing, OTA and cybersecurity validation, and defect analysis to ensure high-quality software releases.

What You Will Do:

• Author and manage PRD, IRS, SRS, and TRS requirements for product development.
• Decompose and structure requirements,



ensuring complete traceability from requirements to testing.
• Maintain requirement baselines, change management, and release mapping using DOORS, Polarion, Jama, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review, analyze, and implement requirements.
• Ensure compliance with ASPICE SYS.2, quality standards, and engineering governance processes.

What You Need to Be Successful:
• System-level & E2E validation

• Test strategy & test case design

• Automation tools (Selenium, Appium)

• CANoe & automotive tools

• HIL/SIL experience

• OTA & cybersecurity validation

• Defect tracking & root cause analysis

What Makes You Eligible:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
