Responsibilities
• Identify and qualify new project opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain solid relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports in the CRM system.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows,



and networking activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Provide post‑sale support and address client concerns to ensure high satisfaction.
• Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
