About the role:

We're looking for a Product Manager, Billing & Operations to lead the strategic design and day-to-day operational execution of our business engine. In this role, you will scale MuleSoft's billing systems by overseeing consumption metering, licensing,



and automated service provisioning. You will also drive the operational capabilities needed to bring current projects to market via SKU creation. You will act as a critical bridge between product and go-to-market teams, owning both the underlying platform infrastructure and the hands-on deal support required to execute standard and complex commercial agreements at scale.

A demonstrated, genuine AI-first approach to product management is central to this role — using AI to move faster, build fluency across the product lifecycle, and contribute well beyond traditional PM scope.

What You'll Do

Platform Strategy & Core Architecture

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance to define the roadmap for our billing, invoicing, and automated provisioning systems.
• Drive end-to-end technical logic connecting sales contracts to automated service activation, downstream usage tracking, and accurate billing cycle
