The ideal candidate will have robust experience developing integrated marketing campaigns, executing social media strategies, and aligning marketing activities with sales objectives. You should be comfortable using data and customer insights to personalise engagement, improve campaign performance, and contribute to pipeline growth.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies targeting high-value enterprise accounts and key decision-makers.




- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to identify target accounts, define account priorities, and align marketing campaigns with revenue objectives.
- Plan and manage integrated campaigns across social media, email marketing, digital advertising, webinars, events, and other relevant channels.
- Lead social media marketing initiatives, particularly on LinkedIn, to increase brand visibility, engage target audiences, and support lead generation.
- Create personalised marketing campaigns tailored to specific accounts, industries, buyer personas, and stages of the customer journey.
- Coordinate with content and design teams to develop campaign assets, including social media posts, landing pages, email content, case studies, and thought-leadership materials.
- Manage campaign calendars, budgets, timelines, and execution to ensure consistent and timely delivery.
