Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the B2C sales team responsible for promoting higher education programmes, online courses,



and professional learning solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and enrolment targets.
- Drive the complete sales funnel, including lead allocation, initial outreach, counselling, follow-ups, objection handling, conversion, and enrolment.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor sales executives and counsellors to improve individual performance and team effectiveness.
- Monitor daily sales activities, conversion ratios, pipeline movement, follow-up quality, and revenue performance.
- Establish transparent performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to identify gaps and improve sales productivity.
- Implement effective sales scripts, counselling frameworks, objection-handling techniques, and conversion strategies.
