Technology Consultant – Senior Java Spring Boot Developer

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Spring Boot Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and leading the implementation of enterprise-grade applications and Microservices-based architectures. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, cloud-native development, distributed systems, and database technologies.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, Solution Architects, Product Owners, DevOps teams, and development teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. The candidate is expected to provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers,



drive best practices, and contribute to architectural decisions across multiple initiatives.

Day to Day Job Duties

• Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable Java Spring Boot applications and Microservices.

• Lead application architecture discussions and contribute to technical solution design.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, backend services, and integration frameworks.

• Design and implement secure, fault-tolerant, and high-availability systems.

• Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards, development best practices, and security guidelines.

• Optimize application performance, scalability, resiliency, and maintainability.

• Design database schemas and optimize SQL queries for complex business applications.
