Job Description
- Lead the national retail sales business for a portfolio of adhesive products across multiple segments including retail, industrial, and automotive applications.
- Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, profitability, and execution excellence in line with business objectives.
- Own and scale a retail business worth approximately ₹250 Cr within a broader business portfolio of nearly ₹400 Cr.
- Manage a large sales organization comprising 10 Regional and Zonal Managers and an overall team of approximately 150 employees.
- Develop and execute long-term sales strategies to accelerate growth across existing and emerging markets.




- Expand distribution reach and strengthen channel effectiveness across India.
- Drive demand forecasting, sales planning, inventory management, and performance tracking.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts, channel partners, and strategic customers.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and growth recommendations to senior leadership.
- Partner closely with marketing, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams to drive business performance.
- Ensure solid receivables management, credit discipline, and operational execution.
- Coach, mentor, and develop future sales leaders within the organization.
- Participate in key industry forums, exhibitions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Play a critical role in the ongoing professionalization and scaling of the organization.

The Successful Applicant
- Experience in sales leadership roles within adhesives, paints, chemicals, construction materials, or related industries.
