At Regeneron, we are seeking an HCP Engagement Risk Governance Analyst to join our growing Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad. As one of the founding members of the GCC, you will play a critical role in supporting Healthcare Qualified (HCP) transparency, compliance monitoring, and risk governance activities. You will help establish operational processes, documentation standards, and reporting frameworks while partnering with US-based teams to ensure HCP engagements are conducted in compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

• Monitor HCP engagement activities and support compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Conduct transactional monitoring reviews of HCP engagements and associated payments to ensure adherence to federal, state, and company compliance standards.
• Perform data tracking, validation, and analysis of HCP interactions, transfers of value, engagement records, and invoicing information.
• Develop subject matter expertise in Regeneron compliance policies, HCP engagement procedures, and applicable healthcare regulations.
