Global Sales & Services Operations (GSSO) is the team that helps shape Gartner's mission-critical sales and services priorities and works with sales and services leaders to drive tactical and analytical insights. As an associate on the GSSO team, you'll be at the forefront of the ongoing transformation of Gartner's sales and services teams, which drive approximately $5.3B in Contract Value (CV). You will partner with business leaders across Gartner to support global sales and services teams comprised of nearly 9,000 associates who sell to and service every major function across the enterprise.

The Territory Planning & Analytics (“TP&A;”) team is at the center of Gartner’s mission-critical priorities. We partner with corporate and senior Sales and Services leaders to ensure the best return on the company’s substantial investment globally. The team serves as an internal consulting team for salesforce growth strategy, go-to-market strategy, market opportunity assessment, and the design of Sales and Services territories.

About the Role:





The Business Analyst role will be a part of the Territory Planning & Analytics (TPA) team in the broader Global Sales Strategy & Operations (GSSO) organization. You will partner with leaders across Gartner's global Client Services Organization to determine where, when and how the company should optimize its substantial investment in Services professionals. The TP&A; team enables Services leaders to focus more of their time on developing their teams and driving business results by acting as a key advisor to guide strategic and tactical decision-making at the regional and local levels regarding the design of services territories and associate productivity.
