About the role
The Software Asset Management (SAM)



Analyst plays a critical role in managing software assets from procurement through retirement. This person will own license compliance, software audits, vendor contract tracking, and SAM tooling—working cross-functionally to optimize software spend and build a mature SAM practice. The SAM Analyst will develop dashboards and reporting that support IT budgeting, compliance assurance, and executive visibility into software utilization across the enterprise.

As a Software Asset Management Analyst, you will:
Software Asset Lifecycle Management
• Track and manage software assets from procurement through retirement.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of software installations and entitlements using SAM tools and CMDB systems.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding of software licenses.
