Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with minimum 3 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting,



financial reporting, and managing financial records. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• General Accounting: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and trial balances.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee daily accounting activities, such as processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of accounts.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
• Taxation: Support in filing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws.
• Audit Preparation: Prepare financial data for audits, ensuring adherence to accounting principl
