Role Description
• The Investment Bank Divisional Data Office is seeking an experienced Vice President to support execution of the Investment Bank’s Divisional Data Officer (DDO) responsibilities and broader Data Management agenda. The role will provide senior, hands-on leadership across Enterprise Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, controls, metadata, lineage, authoritative sourcing and remediation.
• Working across Business, Operations, Technology and Control Functions, the successful candidate will help embed sustainable BAU processes, explicit ownership and effective governance. Where formally delegated, the role will discharge defined DDO/DDS responsibilities while ultimate accountability remains with the appointed DDO.

Your key responsibilities

DDO/DDS & Enterprise Data Management
• Support the Investment Bank DDO in implementing the Data & Records Management Policy, associated frameworks and procedures.
• Drive delivery and maintenance of the Data Management Plan and implementation required to achieve and maintain compliance with applicable Core Data Management Standards (CDMS).
• Monitor adherence to Data Management requirements, drive remediation and recertification, and escalate material gaps or exceptions.
• Embed sustainable BAU governance and represent the Investment Bank in relevant Data Management forums.
