Scope
We're looking for a seasoned Senior Platform Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team. You will design, build, and evolve our cloud-native platform that powers high-scale applications and AI infrastructure. You'll drive automation, reliability, cost-efficiency, and developer experience across our CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, Kubernetes platforms,



observability, and security controls. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with people management.

Responsibilities
• Data Platform Ownership: Architect, implement, and operate a robust internal data platform (Kubernetes- and cloud-based) enabling self-service data ingestion, scalable processing workloads, and standardized data quality guardrails.

• CI/CD Enablement: Implement and optimize pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) for build/test/deploy, artifact management, and promotion strategies (blue/green, canary).

• ETL Frameworks & Pipeline Engineering: Design, build, and scale modular, reusable ETL/ELT frameworks and automated ingestion pipelines (batch and streaming) to ingest and process high-throughput financial, transactional, and analytical datasets.
