Full Stack Web Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a self-motivated Full Stack Web Developer to join a collaborative team, working closely with product / engineering leadership at our client to build new features, improve existing systems, and deliver a seamless user experience. This is a fast-paced workplace where ambiguity and quick pivots are the norm, and it suits someone who enjoys writing clean code, solving complex problems, and building scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable web applications, front-end and back-end

• Translate wireframes, mockups and functional specs into high-quality code

• Build responsive, modern UIs using React, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS

• Develop back-end services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express

• Work with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design and query development

• Integrate third-party services and APIs, such as Stripe, OpenAI and authentication providers





• Implement background job processing (BullMQ/Redis) and handle data imports/exports (CSV, Excel)

• Optimize applications for speed, scalability and performance

• Implement testing, CI/CD workflows and version control best practices

• Troubleshoot and debug across the full stack and external services

• Maintain explicit documentation to support future scaling

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams and iterate on customer feedback

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of full-stack web development experience

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and React

• Back-end experience with Node.js and Express

• Experience with PostgreSQL and/or NoSQL databases

• Experience building and consuming REST APIs

• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP or Azure) and deployment workflows using Docker

• Strong Git and version control skills

• Ability to work independently and in a lean, rapid-paced team
