This Position reports to:
Sales Manager - Cluster East

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

The work model for the role is: #onsite

This role contributes to Automation in the Measurement and Analytics division within the Sales function in India (Instrumentation). Main stakeholders include customers across various industries.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time,



payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.
• Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.
• Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
• Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.

Qualifications for the role

• You have 5 - 8 years of experience in frontline sales of field instrumentation products ( Pressure, Temperature , Level and Flowmeters).
• Good Understanding Eastern Market.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of salesforce and other sales tools.
• You are passionate about sales and recent business development.
• B.E/B.Tech in Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical.
• You are at ease communicating in English.
