Institutional Equities Division - Manager, Business Analytics – MIS (Mumbai)

Morgan Stanley is seeking an experienced professional to join the Fund Services business as a Manager within Business Analytics (MIS). The role supports strategic planning and business management through insightful data analysis, management reporting, and decision support. The successful candidate will develop standard and ad hoc reporting on client, operational, and business metrics; synthesize large and complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for senior management; and apply strong quantitative, problem-solving, and commercial skills to address business questions. The role requires effective partnership with global stakeholders and provides an opportunity to influence business decisions, improve reporting capabilities, and measure outcomes across the Fund Services organization.
Success in this role requires a strong academic or qualified foundation in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, or a related discipline, together with intellectual curiosity, sound judgment,



and the ability to work independently within a collaborative, multi-regional team.
