Purpose of the Job
The focus of this role is to lead the local strategy and implementation of initiatives that grow Red Bull availability, presence, and brand in order to increase relevance and grow consumption across {markets} festivals and events.
Covering events ranging from music festivals, street parades, warehouse parties, block parties, open airs, after parties.
The position will also play a vital role in the development and delivery of Red Bull owned events within bars, nightclubs and festivals.
Responsibilities include securing partnerships, listing and quality execution of On Premise event infrastructure at 3rd party events, building partnerships with event suppliers (organisers, promoters catering companies, etc.) as well as training and coaching the On Premise team on event tools and execution with excellence at events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. “Living” the Red Bull On Premise culture
• Assume and live the Red Bull OP culture. Art of Musketeering spirit at the base of all action.
• A "can-do" attitude,



hands-on mentality and talk about opportunities instead of challenges.
• Be an active ambassador for the Red Bull brand and product in front of the team and the On Premise Network.
• Monitor image standards regarding the brand premium values of Red Bull.

2. Management & Leadership of On Premise Event Marketing
• Responsible for executing and adapting the international marketing guidelines according to the market needs.
• Own the local strategy for growing Red Bull availability, activation and presence across the events landscape.
• Significant contribution to the On Premise Business Plan.
• Management of Red Bull event tools and POS including logistical requirements of (set up and warehousing) while also monitoring their impact on consumption.
• Track, record and evaluate all results of event activities implemented.
• Maintain a constant exchange of information and best practices with the national On Premise team.
