Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically robust Senior Software Engineer (SSE) to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess solid Java development skills, strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills,



and a good understanding of ITIL-based service management processes to effectively support both development and production support activities.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design, develop, test, and implement Java-based applications and enhancements.

• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solution development.

• Develop scalable, maintainable, and high-quality code following industry best practices.

• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

Application Support

• Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for production applications.

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues within SLA timelines.

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.

• Support incident, problem, and change management processes.
