At Regeneron, we are seeking a Marketing Enablement Program Manager - Pod Lead to join our Hyderabad Global Capability Center (GCC). As a founding member of the GCC, you will lead a team supporting U.S. and Global Marketing organizations through marketing coordination, omnichannel enablement, promotional review support, launch readiness activities, and operational excellence initiatives. This role provides an opportunity to build scalable processes, drive marketing effectiveness, and lead a high-performing team within a global, highly matrixed organization.

• Lead and manage a team of 3 Senior Analysts, assigning resources, balancing workloads, and ensuring quality control across deliverables.
• Oversee budget management, forecasting, launch readiness reviews, and marketing performance monitoring activities.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across omnichannel initiatives, promotional material updates, and market implementation activities.
• Drive omnichannel optimization efforts to ensure consistency and effectiveness across marketing assets and tactics.
• Lead Veeva workflow management and JRC (Joint Review Committee) sponsorship activities, ensuring timely review and approval processes.
• Support marketing excellence initiatives, brand stewardship activities, patient-focused programs, and overall brand strategy execution.
