As a Principal Technology Product Manager, AI Enablement & AI Products, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the AI products and enablement capabilities that our engineering, product, and operations teams build on. You will define what "AI-ready" means for the organization the platforms, patterns, guardrails, tooling, and adoption model and then ship the products that make it real. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, customer experience, data, and engineering,



and is critical to translating customer and market insights into high impact, scalable products.

You will operate as senior individual product leader for AI in the portfolio: setting direction, influencing across business and technology leadership, and raising the bar for AI product craft across teams.

Primary Responsibilities:
• AI Product Strategy & Enablement• Define and own the multi-year vision, value proposition, and roadmap for AI enablement shared platforms, model and agent services, evaluation frameworks, reusable patterns, and developer-facing tooling
• Build the AI capability adoption strategy to identify the highest-value use cases across the portfolio, sequence them, and drive teams from experiment to production
• Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, and customers to capture Voice of Customer and translate insights into product capabilities and jobs to be done
