oPrepares variance analysis on actual results versus plan/forecast
oAssists in presentation preparation on results, forecasts, and plans to senior management
oProvides analytical support; conducts drill downs/ research as required
oDrives Close calls with senior leadership
oAssists in preparation of financial decks for monthly XCoM meetings
oRuns operating plan financial models and incorporates guidance received on validated assumptions; assists in preparation of related presentation/deliverables
oMonitors accuracy and predictability of existing models
oSupports management to develop strategies and initiatives to drive growth and margin improvements.
oContinuously improves accuracy by aligning to key drivers and identifying variance root causes




oAssists with creation of analytical tools and models in order to drive revenue/expense management and effective processes
LI-DNIQualifications
Prior experience: 2-8 years of experience in FP&A;
Qualification:
oPost-graduation:MBA (Finance) or C.A.
oGraduation:B.Com or B.E./B.Tech.
Advanced knowledge and understanding of financial statements
Advanced expertise with Microsoft Excel (both in terms of formulas & advanced functions; knowledge of VBA would be a plus, but not mandatory)
Uses financial systems such as Hyperion Essbase, Smartview, etc.
Expertise in Microsoft Power-point and Word
Excellent Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
Good Team Player
