• Prepare patients for dialysis treatments by checking vital signs, obtaining pre-treatment weights, and assessing overall physical condition.
• Cannulate vascular accesses (fistulas or grafts) safely and efficiently, drawing from your 1.5+ years of hands-on clinical experience.
• Monitor patients continuously during treatments for any adverse reactions, changes in vitals, or technical fluid imbalances, responding promptly to emergencies.
• Administer anticoagulants or other routine medications during treatment under strict medical or nursing supervision.
• Discontinue treatment post-therapy, apply appropriate pressure dressings, and record post-treatment weights and vitals.
