Position Summary

Join Deloitte’s Cyber Identity practice as an Engineering Manager II - CyberArk and lead the design, delivery, and enhancement of CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. You will lead technical workstreams, translate client security requirements into scalable platform designs, and guide engineers through implementation, integration, testing, and operational handover. This role combines hands-on CyberArk expertise with technical leadership to help clients protect privileged accounts, strengthen access controls, and operate securely across complex environments.
Work you'll do
As an Engineering Manager II - CyberArk on the Cyber Identity team, you will be responsible for…
• Leading the technical design and delivery of CyberArk PAM implementations across enterprise environments.
• Configuring and enhancing CyberArk components,



including Digital Vault, Password Vault Web Access, Central Policy Manager, Privileged Session Manager, and Privilege Cloud.
• Designing integrations between CyberArk and identity directories, enterprise applications, cloud platforms, IT service management tools, and target systems using application programming interfaces and automation scripts.
• Establishing privileged-account onboarding, secure and platform configurations, credential rotation, session management, and access policies that support minimum-required access and audit requirements.
• Leading technical workstreams, mentoring engineers, and overseeing solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Diagnosing complex CyberArk platform, integration, and access issues; creating and maintaining solution designs, configuration guides, test evidence, and operational runbooks.
