As an Epic Sales Representative, you will lead the engagement and sales process during live group travel launches, building vibrant WhatsApp communities and guiding potential travelers toward booking. You will connect with people from diverse backgrounds, answer their questions, and create excitement around unique travel experiences. Between launches, you will nurture leads, manage follow-ups, and maintain an organized sales pipeline. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where strong written communication, organization, and genuine human connection are essential to success.

Accountabilities:
You will manage the day-to-day engagement and sales activities for group travel launch campaigns, ensuring potential travelers receive timely,



personal communication and the information they need to make booking decisions.

• Manage WhatsApp communities of 50 to over 1,000 potential travelers during five-day launch campaigns.

• Welcome current group members personally and encourage conversations that build trust, excitement, and a sense of community.

• Execute daily launch activities, including content posts, Q&A; sessions, social proof, booking announcements, and urgency messaging.

• Coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining consistent engagement and attention to detail.

• Answer questions about trip pricing, inclusions, destinations, payment plans, and logistics accurately and promptly.

• Celebrate new bookings in real time to encourage participation and build momentum.

• Provide daily engagement ratings and updates to the Account Executive and creator, highlighting group sentiment, recurring questions, and opportunities for action.
