Accountabilities:





• Provide timely and professional support to clients by responding to inquiries, explaining processes, and guiding them through each stage of the transaction lifecycle.

• Review incoming requests, assess client needs, and determine the most appropriate solutions to ensure efficient and accurate resolution.

• Manage order workflows from creation through completion, ensuring requests are handled correctly and processed within established service-level expectations.

• Maintain accurate and consistent order information across internal systems, CRM platforms, and reporting tools.

• Monitor daily workflows to identify system bugs, technical issues, and operational inefficiencies, ensuring that findings are documented and escalated promptly.

• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve order-related concerns.
