The Tax Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions Tax, will play a critical role within the Global Tax organization by leading all tax-related aspects of post-merger and post-acquisition integration activities. This position is responsible for ensuring seamless integration of acquired entities into GlobalFoundries' tax operations, processes, systems, compliance framework, and reporting setting. The successful candidate will partner with internal tax teams, finance stakeholders, and external advisors to drive operational excellence, support strategic transactions, and advance tax transformation initiatives through automation, digitization, and continuous process improvement.About GF
