The job You run marketing on the ground. Shoot it, post it, push it, and figure out what makes it travel. One person, end to end, no handoffs.

What you'll do

- Shoot and record content: on-ground, behind-the-scenes, talking-head, whatever the moment needs
- Run our socials day to day across Instagram, YouTube, X
- Push reach: seeding, hooks, posting for the algorithm not against it
- Test what works, kill what doesn't, double down rapid
- Work shoulder to shoulder with editorial and creators

You're a fit if you

- Can shoot decent video on a phone and have an eye for what stops a scroll
- Live on Instagram and YouTube and actually understand why things spread
- Are hands-on, not a deck person
- Move fast and ship daily
- Care about news and get the Gen Z audience
