Job Description We are seeking a manager of General Accounting to lead a team responsible for the accounting and financial reporting activities for multiple healthcare entities. This individual will oversee month-end close, review financial statements and account reconciliations, manage and develop accounting staff, support audits, and partner with operational and finance leaders across the organization. This role is ideal for a CPA who enjoys leading teams, driving process improvements, and operating in a complex multi-entity healthcare environment. Skills and Requirements - Active CPA license
- Prior people leadership experience
- 4+ years of public or private accounting experience
- Month-end close ownership
- Financial statement review and analysis
- Journal entries and account reconciliations
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST
- Healthcare accounting experience
- Multi-entity accounting environment
- PeopleSoft
- BlackLine
- ERP or accounting system implementation experience
- Lease accounting experience




- Grants accounting exposure
- Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, or reimbursement experience
