Job Description 1) Manage the Blueprint System Health monitoring system a) Monitor the connectivity and availability of servers and clients to ensure that all components can communicate with each other when they need to. b) Monitor Blueprint system dependencies on the associated servers to ensure that the servers are able to perform all necessary functions. c) Determine the cause of problems and resolve where possible or engage BANA to resolve by utilizing Blueprint log messages in the Windows Event Log, Blueprint reports and filter screens. d) Daily Global System Health Checks before start of each regional work hours 2) Receive and Manage Blueprint Server Alerts including: a) Server in a faulty state --there are servers that Blueprint is listing as "Faulty". b) One or more servers have not responded in a predetermined amount of time as set in Blueprint Analyst c) One or more servers have not uploaded print job data recently -- this means that servers have not uploaded tracked print job data to the Analyst in at least three days. d) Print jobs are not able to be processed due to an unexpected exception -- this alert appears if one or more of the print jobs in the data from a server could not be processed. 3) Incident Ticket Management a) Manage Issue Resolution: Work with Customer's IT, end users and OEM vendors to resolve issues. b) Perform triaging of issues and determining if they reside with output device, card reader, embedded Secure Release Here software, external Secure Release Here Sentry device, network, or server(s) Review Ticketing System(s): Reviewing tickets submitted to determine if system issues exist or problems that may be most effectively addressed at the Blueprint system level or Customer IT, device service technicians, etc. Use appropriate ticketing systems for break fix or server related issues to log all work. c) Meet Bank Service Level Agreements for Incident response, resolution,



re-assignment and time to update 4) Other Administrative Activities a) Maintain credentials to use BANA issued PC(s), VPN and other system access credentials per BANA My Work Versatile Contractors guidelines b) Complete all trainings when assigned c) Update the Blueprint system to reflect ongoing adds / moves / changes of devices by BANA. (Terminals). d) Ensure a smooth hand-over between shifts 5) Other Tasks a) Function as contributing members of the BANA and HP implementation and support teams. b) Provide subject matter expertise on technical functionality, service and support of all system functions for regional customers c) Complete other project-based work as defined (Application Failovers, Data Center Isolation Tests And other Bank-requested deliverables as needed etc) d) Install/Configure Server Software: Install/uninstall software-including service packs--on servers. e) Create and Maintain Documentation: Create documentation for Customer regarding processes and procedures and log any troubleshooting steps taken to correct common/typical problems.
