Job Description - Support automated BOS reimaging by monitoring deployment progress
- Execute checklist-based validation to ensure systems are operational after reimaging
- Assist in deploying images using SCCM through guided processes
- Perform basic Windows and application troubleshooting
- Identify technical, application, or database-related issues and escalate them to Senior Technicians
- Document basic deployment outcomes, issues, and escalation details
- Communicate with store managers regarding scheduling and deployment coordination
- Assist with post-deployment validation of POS, BOS, and other store-critical systems Skills and Requirements - 1-3 years of experience in an IT support or help desk setting
- Experience with basic Windows troubleshooting
- Ability to follow step-by-step technical processes and checklists
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to identify an issue, document relevant details, and escalate appropriately
- Exposure to SCCM or similar deployment tools
- Experience in retail, restaurant, or field support environments
- Familiarity with POS, BOS, or endpoint devices




- Basic SQL knowledge or exposure to SQL databases
- Understanding of basic database concepts, backup/restore processes, or database validation
