Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Performance Engineer** - **Exp** 5-10 years **Job Description** Manage End to End Performance Engineering/Testing Delivery for Key Projects **Required skills** + Robust experience in **performance testing and engineering** for web, mobile, and hybrid applications. + Advanced proficiency in **JMeter** (Groovy, JSR223, Web HTTP, Selenium WebDriver). + Hands-on scripting using **TypeScript/JavaScript** with Playwright. + Expertise in **root cause analysis** of performance issues and providing recommendations through proof-of-concepts. + Ability to evaluate performance across **UI, middleware, and backend layers** . + Solid experience with **monitoring and profiling tools** such as AppDynamics, Grafana, Kibana, and other profiling utilities. + Familiarity with **AWS Cloud monitoring** (CloudWatch) and **Azure/AWS key services** for performance monitoring and DevOps. + Client-side performance testing using **Lighthouse** and **Sitespeed** . + End-to-end ownership of performance testing projects,
