Job Title: Senior Business Analyst, Assistant Director
The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with experience implementing global projects and programs with a high level of competency in Talent systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering complex requirements, designing integrated solutions, and contributing to the strategic use of Talent data to support business objectives.
Your key responsibilities:
• Requirement Gathering: Lead the gathering of complex business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of needs related to Talent systems, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors and data integration
• Process Engineering/Optimization:
Analyze existing Talent processes, identify areas for optimization, and recommend solutions that leverage SAP SuccessFactors and other technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Data Integration: Collaborate with data architecture team to enable the data integration strategy, working closely with the technical teams. Work seamlessly to achieve effective data exchange between SAP SuccessFactors and other relevant systems, with a focus on data quality and accuracy
• Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design integrated solutions, translating business needs into technical requirements, data mapping, security (RBP), and system functionalities
• Data Analysis: Perform advanced data analysis, identifying trends, patterns, and insights from Talent data, and presenting findings to support data-driven decision-making
• Documentation: Create detailed requirement documents, process flow
