As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its brand. Your primary role is to establish and maintain solid relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues they may have. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be key in delivering exceptional customer service and building a positive brand image.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach, with a focus on building relationships.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools.
