Position Summary
Level: Manager or equivalent
Work you’ll do:
As a Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams and work directly with client executives, commercial leaders, business stakeholders, IT organizations, data teams, and technology partners to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will be responsible for shaping solutions from strategy and discovery through design, implementation, adoption, and value realization.
You will lead and oversee work across the following areas:
• Own migration and ETL delivery: scope, plan, risks, quality and timelines
• Define the data migration strategy and cutover plan with business and technical stakeholders
• Drive cutover rehearsals and lead the go-live/hypercare war room
• Conduct technical risk assessments and build mitigation
