We are seeking an experienced (6+ Years) Workday Senior Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Core HR, Core & Advance Compensation, Workday Security. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional configuration knowledge combined with technical capabilities in integrations, reporting, and data migration.
This role requires leading implementations, enhancements, and support initiatives while collaborating with HR, Payroll, IT,



and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Workday System Configuration, Enhancements & AMS Support
• Configure and maintain Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Core & Advance Compensation, Workday Security.
• Configure and maintain Workday Compensation functionality, including compensation plans, salary plans, allowances, bonus plans, commission plans, and stock or equity-related compensation where applicable.
• Configure compensation grades, grade profiles, salary structures, and eligibility rules.
• Maintain compensation packages, compensation elements, and default compensation assignments.
• Configure compensation review cycles & support annual compensation planning (ACP).
• Configure compensation eligibility rules, guidelines, validations, and supporting business processes.
• Lead Workday configuration and support for annual compensation review cycles, merit increases, bonu
