Job Description

• Validate customer Purchase Orders (POs) against quotations and project specifications to ensure accuracy; collaborate with Inside Sales and Engineering to resolve discrepancies and maintain contract integrity.
• Review, comprehend, and execute commercial and technical specifications to ensure full compliance with the scope of work outlined in each PO.
• Schedule and conduct project kickoff meetings with Rotork personnel for large and/or complex orders to establish clear expectations and project parameters.
• Coordinate with regional sales and service teams to ensure seamless order execution and delivery.
• Generate and distribute Management Information System (MIS) reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Document and communicate any deviations, assumptions,



or exceptions to customer specifications with appropriate justification and approval.
• Execute order entry into MTMS with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy to prevent downstream complications.
• Deliver skilled customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including timely order acknowledgements, accurate promise dates, and proactive communication regarding order status, updates, and potential delays.
• Execute additional responsibilities as directed by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Contracts Management, Project Management, or related field
• Demonstrated proficiency in reviewing and validating Purchase Orders and technical specifications
• Strong understanding of commercial and technical contract requirements
• Experience with order management systems and MIS reporting
• Excellent written and verbal
