We are looking for a proactive and organized Client Coordinator with 1–7 years of experience in client coordination, customer relationship management, and preferably the interior products industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, coordinating orders, tracking project requirements, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
The candidate should have a strong customer-focused approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand client requirements related to interior products. This role requires effective coordination with sales, design, production, logistics, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery of products and a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Coordination and Relationship Management• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates,



and resolving routine concerns.
• Understand client requirements, preferences, budgets, and timelines to ensure appropriate product recommendations and service.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and clear, skilled communication.
• Ensure timely responses to client queries and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, discussions, commitments, and feedback.

2. Interior Products Coordination• Develop a good understanding of interior products such as furniture, modular kitchens, wardrobes, flooring, wall panels, lighting, hardware, decorative materials, and related solutions, depending on the company's product portfolio.
• Assist clients in understanding product specifications, available options, finishes, materials, dimensions, and customization possibilities.
