The Campaign team is the end-to-end expert in orchestrating and activating personalized customer and prospect connection journeys, anytime and anywhere. We pride ourselves on our expertise in campaign management across the entire lifecycle – from planning and implementation to activation and performance tracking, across any channel, whether owned or paid, offsite or onsite. Our team comprises experts skilled in a variety of platforms, including PeopleCloud Media, PeopleCloud Messaging, Adobe, Unica, Salesforce, and more.

Why are we looking for you:

As a Campaign Analyst you will be responsible for building digital campaigns in accordance with the client strategy outlined in each ticket request. You will configure campaign settings, creative assets and audience targeting to ensure that campaigns will function and deliver successfully once activated. Campaign Analysts collaborate with internal teams throughout the campaign launch cycle to define the optimal implementation strategy, communicate campaign build status, resolve errors, and troubleshoot issues.



As you grow in this role, you’ll contribute to streamlining implementation guidelines by identifying process improvements, platform automation opportunities and testing new user interface functions in our tools and applications. You’ll be the final and essential step in the Client Lifecycle for activating current digital media campaigns.
