Role Description The Caller role at IFR Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Caller will engage with potential and existing donors over the phone to explain non-profit initiatives, answer inquiries, and encourage ongoing support and contributions. Daily responsibilities include making outbound and receiving inbound calls, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and following up with contacts as needed to build strong donor relationships.



The Caller will work closely with the team to meet fundraising targets, follow scripts and guidelines, and provide feedback on donor responses to improve campaigns. The role requires adherence to organizational processes, participation in team meetings, and collaboration with colleagues to ensure consistent and professional communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Robust verbal communication, active listening, and clear telephone etiquette skills.
• Ability to engage, persuade, and build rapport with diverse individuals, including donors and prospects.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with call-logging tools, CRM systems, or spreadsheets.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward daily and monthly targets.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are an advantage.
