About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and communication-oriented Business Development Analyst to support our marketing initiatives, manage LinkedIn activities, connect with potential clients, and identify new business opportunities. The role involves digital outreach, lead generation, client communication, and strengthening our company's professional presence.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the company's LinkedIn page and support regular content publishing and engagement.
• Identify potential clients, research target markets, and generate business leads.
• Approach prospective clients through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other professional channels.
• Initiate conversations, understand client requirements, and coordinate follow-ups.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and business development initiatives.
• Maintain lead databases, track outreach activities, and prepare progress reports.




• Coordinate with internal teams to arrange meetings and support sales opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications
• 0 to 2 years of experience in business development, digital marketing, lead generation, or a related field.
• Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, social media management, and professional networking.
• Basic understanding of client outreach, marketing strategies, and lead management.
• Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence in approaching clients, building relationships, and conducting follow-ups.
