We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) Solar segment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new business opportunities in the C&I; Solar market.
• Generate leads and build strong client relationships.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Business Administration / MBA.
• 15+ years of B2B sales/business development experience.
• Robust experience in Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, or Power sector.
• Knowledge of C&I; Solar, Rooftop Solar, Open Access, and Captive Power projects.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.
