Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and site visits,



and presenting suitable residential and commercial investment options. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and proposal preparation to negotiation, closing, and post-sales follow-up. The Sales Executive will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, prepare periodic sales reports, and collaborate with marketing and development teams to align on product positioning and market strategies. The role also includes staying updated on local market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments to provide informed guidance to clients and support business growth.
