About the Role
As the Brand Communications & Growth, you will work directly with the Founder to shape how Novella is seen, experienced and remembered.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
You will become an integral part of building the brand's voice, strengthening client relationships, driving business growth and ensuring every interaction reflects the standards of Novella.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, thinking strategically and building brands from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and strengthen Novella's brand communication across every touchpoint.
• Represent Novella in client meetings, networking events, luxury partnerships and industry interactions.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients, luxury venues, planners, designers and strategic partners.
• Work closely with the Founder on brand strategy, communication, marketing and long-term growth initiatives.
• Develop creative campaigns, brand messaging and communication strategies.
• Identify business opportunities and contribute towards revenue growth.
• Manage partnerships, collaborations and brand alliances.
• Ensure every client interaction reflects Novella's luxury positioning.
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain consistency in communication and client experience.
• Continuously identify opportunities to elevate the brand's reputation and visibility.
