We're looking for a hands-on Quality Control (QC) & Regulatory Affairs (RA) professional who understands the nutraceutical industry and knows what it takes to ensure products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked with nutraceuticals, sports nutrition, dietary supplements, fitness nutrition, or health and wellness products and wants to take greater ownership of quality and regulatory processes in a growing performance nutrition brand.

Important: Candidates with relevant experience in nutraceutical, sports nutrition, dietary supplement, fitness, or health & wellness companies will be strongly preferred. Hands-on exposure to both QC and RA is essential.

What You'll Own1. Product Quality Assurance (QC)




• Review batch manufacturing records, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and laboratory test reports before product release.
• Conduct random quality checks on finished products.
• Monitor product consistency, including taste, texture, and physical parameters.
• Maintain batch-wise traceability across SKUs.
• Investigate quality deviations, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.

2. Regulatory Affairs & FSSAI Compliance
• Ensure products comply with applicable FSSAI regulations and nutraceutical requirements.
• Review product labels for ingredients, claims, declarations, and regulatory accuracy.
• Maintain FSSAI licences, registrations, product dossiers, and regulatory documentation.
• Track changes in applicable regulations and implement necessary updates.
• Support regulatory documentation and compliance reviews for recent product launches.
